Το Alphanetrix Community Forum (community.alphanetrix.com, το «Forum») λειτουργεί από την Alphanetrix Μον. ΕΠΕ («Alphanetrix», «Εταιρεία»). Η παρούσα Πολιτική Απορρήτου εξηγεί πώς συλλέγουμε, χρησιμοποιούμε και προστατεύουμε τα προσωπικά σας δεδομένα σύμφωνα με τον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Δεδομένων (GDPR – Κανονισμός ΕΕ 2016/679).

  • Ανεβασμένα αρχεία (εικόνες, έγγραφα κ.ά.)
  • Ιδιωτικά μηνύματα (private messages)

2.3. Τεχνικά δεδομένα

  • Διεύθυνση IP
  • Τύπος browser / συσκευής
  • Χρόνοι σύνδεσης
  • Logs ασφαλείας και rate limits
  • Error logs
  • Μετα-δεδομένα ειδοποιήσεων

2.4. Cookies

Χρησιμοποιούνται μόνο απαραίτητα cookies, για:

  • λειτουργία σύνδεσης
  • διατήρηση περιόδου σύνδεσης
  • ασφάλεια & rate limiting

Δεν χρησιμοποιούνται cookies διαφήμισης ή παρακολούθησης.

4.5. Ανάλυση δεδομένων (ανωνυμοποιημένη)

Μη εξατομικευμένη ανάλυση για βελτίωση της πλατφόρμας.

5. Νομική Βάση Επεξεργασίας

  • Άρθρο 6(1)(β) – Εκτέλεση υπηρεσίας (λειτουργία λογαριασμού)
  • Άρθρο 6(1)(στ) – Έννομο συμφέρον (ασφάλεια, logs)

6. Διαμοιρασμός Δεδομένων

Με:

6.1. Discourse Hosting Provider

Για το hosting, backups, email delivery & security logging.

6.2. Παρόχους Email Delivery

Για αποστολή ειδοποιήσεων.

6.3. Αρχές & Δικαστικές Αρχές

Όταν απαιτείται από τη νομοθεσία.

Δεν κοινοποιούμε δεδομένα σε τρίτους για διαφημιστικούς σκοπούς.

7. Διεθνείς Μεταφορές

Τα δεδομένα ενδέχεται να αποθηκεύονται εκτός ΕΟΧ, ανάλογα με την υποδομή της Discourse.

Οι μεταφορές προστατεύονται από:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • Επιπλέον τεχνικά μέτρα ασφάλειας

8. Διάρκεια Τήρησης Δεδομένων

  • Λογαριασμός: μέχρι διαγραφή
  • Δημοσιεύσεις: επ’ αόριστον (ή ανωνυμοποιημένες μετά από αίτημα)
  • IP logs: 90 ημέρες
  • Backups: σύμφωνα με την πολιτική της Discourse
  • Moderator logs: 12 μήνες
  • Email logs: 30 ημέρες
  • Private messages: μέχρι να διαγραφούν ή μέχρι τη διαγραφή λογαριασμού

9. Ιδιωτικά Μηνύματα (Private Messages)

Τα private messages:

  • Είναι ορατά μόνο στους συμμετέχοντες
  • Αποθηκεύονται ασφαλώς στο σύστημα
  • Μπορούν να προσπελαστούν από διαχειριστές μόνο σε περιπτώσεις:
    • καταχρηστικής συμπεριφοράς
    • απειλών ή παρενόχλησης
    • παραβίασης ασφαλείας
    • νόμιμων αιτημάτων αρχών

Μην κοινοποιείτε ευαίσθητα ή εμπιστευτικά στοιχεία.

10. Δικαιώματα Χρηστών

Έχετε δικαίωμα:

  • Πρόσβασης
  • Διόρθωσης
  • Διαγραφής
  • Περιορισμού
  • Αντίρρησης
  • Φορητότητας
  • Ανάκλησης συγκατάθεσης

  • Events (Autodesk Annual Forum, Cyprus Forums, webinars)

We may analyse anonymised community activity to improve the Forum.
No profiling is performed.

5. Legal Bases of Processing

6. Sharing of Personal Data with Third Parties

6.1. Discourse Hosting Provider

The Forum is hosted on Discourse-managed infrastructure, which provides:

  • Email delivery
  • Security logging
  • System updates

This may involve processing by servers located outside the EU.

6.2. Email Delivery Provider

Used to send:

  • Account confirmation
  • Password reset
  • Notifications

(Provided through Discourse hosting.)

6.3. Legal and Regulatory Authorities

If required by law.

We do not sell or provide personal data to third parties for advertising.

7. International Transfers

As the Forum is hosted by Discourse, data may be stored on servers outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including the United States.

When this occurs, protection is provided through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
  • Additional technical safeguards (TLS encryption, restricted access)

8. Data Retention

We retain data only as long as necessary for each purpose:

  • Account data: until you request deletion
  • Posts: indefinitely, unless you request deletion (anonymisation applies)
  • Private messages: until deleted by participants or until account deletion
  • IP logs: 90 days
  • Backup files: according to Discourse hosting retention (typically 30–90 days)
  • Moderator logs: 12 months
  • Email delivery logs: 30 days

9. Private Messages

The Forum allows private messaging between users.

  • Private messages are stored securely within the platform
  • They are visible only to the participants
  • They may be accessed by system administrators only when legally required or in cases of:
    • abuse,
    • harassment,
    • security threats,
    • law enforcement requests

Users should avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information.

10. Your Rights Under GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access your data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Request erasure (“right to be forgotten”)
  • Restrict processing
  • Object to processing
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw consent (marketing, messaging)
